Nice looking Candle holder or pen holder made from a solid walnut board by MIRA NAKASHIMA for the George Nakashima Studio. The candleholder has eight holes of different sizes that accommodate pens or pencils for a desk or candles for an interesting bouget effect.
The holder measures 5" wide on the live edge / sapwood edge by 5.5" deep by 2.25" thick. The holder has a sapwood, live edge that shows worm holes. The piece is signed and dated on the bottom.
